I'm not entirely sure why guys will ask this question, its a very undereducated question to be asking a potential employee, and it gives almost zero tangible value with a response. At best you might be able to pickup small personality traits within the personification of the answer, but its nothing more than a waste of breath to ask. They are there for money, experience, and potentially a career, just like everyone else.
