Admittedly this was about five years ago and things have changed in Microsoft now from what I've heard. I was a bit taken aback by the question and answered that I had exposure to quite a number of operating systems in my career. This was the Software Development manager and having done really well in the technical interview I'm pretty sure this must have cost me the job.
