After having spoken with current employees like Gresa Kodra, Brittany Banker, and Danielle Cammarusano , it wasn’t hard to see that the people at HSBC are extremely hardworking, talented, and driven individuals. That is exactly the type of environment I feel that could help me become a valuable asset for HSBC. The collaborative, friendly environment that interns are trained in made it an easy choice to want to pursue HSBC. HSBC is also a global organization that touches every part of the world with so many product lines and amazing professionals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. So it would be an honor to have the opportunity to grow within such a prestigious bank. I am passionate about commercial banking because I desire to work in a sector that gets to be both client facing and analytical. I am passionate about studying companies and understanding where improvements can be made in order to improve their financials and determine the risk this company could bring to HSBC. I want to grasp a deeper understanding of the determinants for giving loans and be in a sector that is focused on global trade. I am passionate about interacting with clients and logistics on a global scale and working in commercial banking at hsbc would allow me to connect all those interests into one job position.
