What would I have done differently?Walked away from their Squid Game process of an interview sooner. One of my biggest regrets is that, by my determination to see things through, I stayed until the end and endured their horrible, unwelcoming process where candidates are designed to be caught out rather than allowed shine. They assessed me but I, too, I assessed them. Fail all round.
