What was your worst experience with a customer?

Customers can be difficult, and they as managers understand that. It's not a time to totally rag on a horrible customer experience, but show how you kept your cool, handled the situation in the best way possible and tried your best to satisfy the customer, whether you were able to or not. I brought up a time when someone was trying to return items that may have been stolen.
