Now this shouldn't have been as unexpected as it was but he wanted me to go into depth (not what's mention on either my cover letter or resume). It was a difficult question because I had to cover all parts of my production process and explain it in terms that someone who has no idea what I'm talking about can understand without repeating what's already been said on my resume/cover letter.
