Applied online and received an email asking to setup a phone screen. I set my schedule in to them an hour after I got the email. Waited until Thursday of the next week to send a follow up email. They got back to me saying they were on vacation and would email me Monday. Waited until the Wednesday after that (week 2) and sent another follow up email which then led to a call the next day. Their recruiter called me an hour earlier than we agreed on but I took the call anyways (shouldn't have, was in the middle of doing something else). After the call got an email saying I was not a fit. Looked up the recruiter on LinkedIn, no past experience knowing anything about coding and it as fresh recruiter. I had applied to a more entry level position. What's funny is I applied two years ago straight out of a bootcamp for practically the same position and got to the onsite. Two years later, working for legitimate companies since I applied last, I can't even get past their "technical recruiter" who has zero experience and can't get their schedule together. Don't waste your time.
