Wayfair Senior Analyst interview questions

Call with recruiter to speak about background and experience to make sure I was a good fit. After pleasantries and introduction the person stated that we would not be speaking about my resume stating "That I was a clear fit for the position". The person spoke about the position, culture, team size, and the next steps in the interview process. I then asked questions for the rest of the call, everything was going well and the person even stated that he is confident that the next interview will be the next week. The next two weeks I hear nothing and then get a email stated we are going to continue with more qualified candidates.
