Interview
Met in the office and I had several rounds of interviews with different groups of people. The first few rounds went really well but the last did not, as the individuals were not as amicable/welcoming.

Question 1
How come your internship did not lead to a full-time position?
Had a recruiter screening, behavioral interview with a hiring manager from the team, and case interview with a more technical manager. Case was medium difficulty, I struggled but ended up getting the offer.
Not difficult at all, just do a case and a series of behavioral - you just have to understand that they care about cross functional leadership. Very flat organization - you will be interviewed by random senior managers who don't care that much if you get hired or not

Tell me about a time you had to work well with others
1st round case — very straightforward and was about 45 mins
2nd round behavioral — 2 back to back 45 mins interviews
They send an interview guideline sheet to prep with beforehand, which was helpful and if you go by that you will be fine.
