I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
First of all, walk through your resume, and then specifically asked a few calculation questions about revenue, cost and price based on the case study. There will be about six questions and an hour of interview time. It is recommended to practice how to prepare a case in advance.
Multiple rounds including take home case. The last was a set of multiple interviews conducted with various department members, all of whom were engaged and nice. It was not an extremely intense interview process with any of them.
First, I had an initial call to discuss my experience and salary expectations. Then I was invited to a second stage where I had to complete a task and present my findings. The process was well-structured, and communication was clear throughout.
Interview process went smoothly, interviewers were super nice and seemed very open to helping future interns. I also got to learn a lot about the work culture there and projects that interns would be working on if hired.
