I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walmart (Clarenville, NL)
Interview
The interviewer asked fairly standard questions regarding my availability, and then presented a 2-page questionnaire sheet that went slightly more in-depth, detailing hypothetical customer service scenarios. One question in particular listed several different work tasks and had me rank them in order of urgency.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Cayey, PR) in Oct 2025
Interview
I received a call for an interview and was instructed to wait in a designated candidate area near Electronics, where I would be greeted and interviewed at the confirmed time. I arrived at 12:45 PM for a 1:00 PM interview. The area was exactly as described, but no one ever came to greet or assist me. I asked several employees about the interview process, but nobody knew anything about it. After waiting until 1:25 PM with no communication or acknowledgment, I decided to leave. The lack of organization and respect for my time was very disappointing.

Interview
I remember they did more describing for the job title I was interviewing for and making sure I would be okay with the hours and pace more than anything else. They mostly asked me about prior job experience but the one question that stood out and tripped me up was "How would you be a good asset to this company?"
