Walmart Customer Service Manager (CSM) interview questions

Very easy going at first and then got a little tougher. The manager was very professional and asked me real life questions as well as the scripted questions that they have to ask.

I was interviewed for an internal promotion so my experience was pretty good. It was basic questions they read from a printed list, nothing difficult to answer. They posted a notice for the opening by the time clock and I put it in my career preference.
