I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Kalamazoo, MI) in Dec 2014
Interview
Almost all of the questions were, "Tell me about a time when...". There are multiple parts to each question- very daunting. They were easy questions, but you have to make sure you address all of the sub-questions within the questions. Be sure to have scenarios ready about your experiences at work or even your personal life. They don't care if it is professionally related or something you experience and learned from in school or an activity group.
