Process only with shallow questions, repetitive (same questions on the three rounds). At the end, did not get the feedback or why I did not get it. Have done trough an agency.

The interview process consisted of a one-step technical interview. It was focused primarily on my past experience and situational questions. The outcome and feedback were provided the following day, which made the process efficient and transparent.
