The process was multi-step, including a screening interview with a recruiter which was fairly basic. After this was a more in-depth interview with an HR leader in the group I was applying for, followed by some 1:1 meets with a director and another analyst in the group. The only challenge was getting a call back after the initial screener - it took several weeks.
