I was originally contacted by the Recruiting Manager for Limited Brands. She was extremely pleasant, but from the begining didn't seem to understand the nature and scope of the the position she was recuiting for. Once I spoke with the hiring manager, she was a JOKE to day the least. She asked typical HR questions that were used in the 90's to find "top" talent. I believe for the position I was interviewing for verses the actual questions asked, there was a huge disconnect. The hiring manager has an elist attitude to her. I am glad I was not offered a position. Or even called back for that matter.
