Interview
There were four people in the group interview. I believe we were all applying for the same position. The manager asked some pretty general questions about the company and customer service. Everyone in the group was expected to give their own answer. She went on to talk about working the register, retail experience, ect.

Question 1
How would you handle a customer who came in to return an item?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
