The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (San Francisco, CA) in May 2010
Interview
Submitted my application in store (no resume) and then was called in for a group interview. It took place in the food court and they asked simple questions like, "if there was a customer who (insert situation) how would you respond? Easy, especially if you know basic customer service. They will hire a lot of new employees over the summer to help out with the Semi-annual sale. SAS.

Question 1
If you saw another employee stealing, what would you do?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
