Vans Sales Associate interview questions

I interviewed for a brand new store that hadn't been built yet. So the process was a little different. Started with group Interview asking general questions with follow up emails, paperwork, and training. Every Interviewee showed up at the brand new store and were tasked to basically build the store from the ground up. (simultaneously being trained about product knowledge, and selling techniques) It began with all 32 interviewees. The 2 week trial period pushed all the kids to the brinks with blood, sweat, and tears- only 10 made the cut. They call this process "Go Team". I call it hell

The interview process was rather annoying considering the fact that it was a group interview consisting of about 15 people. They made it clear they were only looking to hire 2-4 people. People were talking over other's. The interviewer didn't have an actual set of questions. He was just making things up as he went. I didn't feel right.
