Vans Sales Associate interview questions

The interview was very quick and easy. I was in a group interview with about 5 other people. The manager only asked us a couple questions like why we want to work for Vans and what our availability was. The rest of the interview was mostly just her telling us about the company and position.

Depends on the managers, but, my interview was laid back, questions from glassdoor assisted me, to be exact. I was in a group interview, which helped. Some stores don't do group interviews but most managers are really nice and make the interview process very calm.
