I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Rexburg, ID) in Jun 2015
Interview
They brought 8 candidates into the lounging area, and had us all wait until a little after 8:00 am, then began to tell us the pros to the company and how much potential money those who where hired would be making. They told us that the job they were offering was serious and they wanted a long term commitment if you couldn't see yourself working there for a long period of time they asked you to leave because this wasn't the job for you. After offering all the pros of the job the told us that the job that was being offered wouldn't have a delegated shift meaning you would be on call from 8:00 am till 9:00 pm everyday. the actual interview process took no more then 5 minutes..
