I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online, immediately got an email asking to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was asked to complete a pretty lengthy assessment online. After passing the assessment, I was asked to come in and complete a panel interview. The entire process took about 2 weeks.

(The panel interview consisted of a sales manager and the head of HR. They have 3 sheets of paper with approximately 10 questions on each. They will ask 2 randomly selected questions from each sheet. The interview is recorded and they also write down your answers on an evaluations sheet).
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2012
Interview
Questions to see how versed in sales you are? Experience and examples will need to be provided. Make sure you have a professional appearance. DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE BUILDING WITHOUT A SUIT AND TIE ON. The work place is very old school business and it doesn't tolerate the millennial relaxed look.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Greenville, SC) in Feb 2016
Interview
Phone interview is pretty basic/easy. After that is an assessment test, and be prepared it's no walk in the park. After that is a panel interview (mine was through a webcam). The questions they ask are very long and very specific. They are situational, they are very cold and very cut and dry. No charming your way through this interview, its all based on your past situations.
