UNHCR interview questions

It took one month for the interview process. I have been interviewed at UNHCR office. Comptetency-based interview has been conducted. After applying for the job, the HR Unit reached out to me in 3 weeks and invited me to a face to face interview. The interviewers were positive an helpful.

There were three interviewers and the HR. Each interviewer asked me about a topic starting from talking about myself to questions about the organization and finally scenarios. They asked about the work Unhcr does and the difference between Refugees and Immigrants
