The HR contacted me 1 month after the interview
Applied to a consultancy position based in a regional office. Then took an interview with the team followed by a quick written test. They filled the position but did not further update me. The supervisor was kind but the rest of two panel interviewers were a bit cold that ....intimidating me during the interview.

Mixed questions asking competency-based, technical knowledge and situational (like what would you do if....?)
The interview was by phone, and the tasks and responsibilities were well described. Mostly the interviewer wanted to learn about my experiences and how they can relate to position. Mostly he wanted concrete examples of how I handled challenges and concerns and how I contributed to marketing initiatives.
