My interview was with Club Car, which is a golf cart manufacturing subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand. Initially, there was a fairly brief 15 minute phone interview followed by an in person interview that was scheduled the very next day. It was a fairly standard interview process, there was nothing outrageous or particularly difficult about it.
