I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (North Charleston, SC) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview was pretty laid-back, questions weren't difficult, common-sense. They just want to get to know you so don't feel intimidated. You'll be interviewed by two people from the management team separately. They ask similar questions, some different but overall not a bad interview.

Question 1
If you knew of internal theft how would you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
Phone interview at first just to get to know you. Then an in person interview is conducted. The VP asks very easy going questions to get to know you. Then she will go over the basis of the internship program and what you will do and gain. She, also, tells you what she needs out of an intern. Overall, very easy going
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2017
Interview
Very quick process got an interview on the day of bringing in my CV. The interview itself wasn't difficult and it was very casual. Happened on the shop floor. The interview was more like a casual conversation rather than what I'd imagine a classic interview is like.
