Group interview that took about 30 mins. Super easy, question and then each person has an opportunity to answer. They just take you into the back room and upstairs. There is usually two managers conducting the interview. Very straightforward and easy
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
