Two rounds of written tests followed by a code pairing round in which one employee sits with you followed by a technical interview and HR round finally

Interview
It was a very smooth process. It was completed within 2 days. The technical interview was very interactive. They heard all my achievments patiently and asked questions related to it. The hr interview was also very nice and I enjoyed the whole process.

Question 1
Who will you consider hiring between two people who have the exact same achievments and skills.

Interview
There were a total of 5 rounds:
1. Online coding round on HackerEarth: It consists of 2 coding questions to be solved in 1 hour.
2. Long coding round: In this round, you have to write a code implementing all the OOP concepts in front of a member of their team. This member will assess your thinking skills, coding skills, your pattern of writing the code, and much more. The code may not execute completely but the logic should be correct. The code should be in sync with the real world scenario (OOP). This round went on for 2 hours.
3. Technical Interview: This is the most rigorous round that went on for more than 1.5 hours.
4. Social and Economic Justice (SEJ) Interview: In this round, they try to know your opinion on the current social and economic matters going on in the society, like the Kashmir issue, etc.
5. Leadership Interview: In this round, you are given certain situations that you may encounter at your job and then asked how would you tackle those situations, what would be your thinking process, etc.
The first 3 rounds took place on the same day, while the last 2 interviews occurred 2 days after that.
