Thoughtworks Project Manager interview questions

1 phone screening followed by 1 phone interview The company has a very customer centric approach and a nice, well developed model and set of values. Overall, an attractive company for young, less experienced applicants. The phone interview was conducted by a lady who was unintelligible - had to ask her to repeat every sentence. This of course did not help the interview process. The interview itself was the fairly generic behavioral type. I would recommend the place, it is quite likely a better place than most to build experience.
