The interview process was short and easy. Not many questions so it did not take long at all. There was only one interviewer and it was through a phone call.
Easy process. Looking for candidates who are passionate about working with kids. I had no previous experience, but as the eldest amongst 20 cousins, I was familiar with taking care of kids much younger than me.

Do you have previous experience working with kids?
2 part interview, one is an easy chat about why you want the job ect. the other is putting you in the school. you get to meet the people in charge. meet the kids, be prepared for overdramatic kids, fighting kids, kids that hide from the staff. Basically once your in your screwed.
