Target Sales Associate interview questions

Pretty basic interview. They ask what you do in certain situations. I would say it's mostly based off your personality. Just be open and enthusiastic. They asked scenario questions on how you would handle different situations

I applied online. Then I had a phone screen. After the phone screen I was asked to come in for a one on one interview. In the interview I was asked a lot of questions about dealing with difficult customers.
