The managers make the experience very pleasant. They’re open and make you feel comfortable. It’s easy to have a conversation. It was also a paneled situation which was nice to go through.

An online app, an in person pre screening test, and an immediate panel interview. Honestly, I was overqualified for the position. So, since my response was at a regional level, rather than the store level that they were hiring for, it wasn’t a fit.
