Target Operations Manager interview questions

The process was a total of 90 minutes. The first 30 minutes you are meeting with two other supply chain managers and are asked four behavioral questions and then go through the process again with another set of questions and two other managers. Then they end the interview with a 30 minute overview of the company and expectations done by the HR rep.

Online then multiple interview process in which you meet with several layers of management in order to secure your position. Intense questions by all parties involved. Leadership ask same group of questions and then scores you based on those answers
