Target Operations Manager interview questions

Had 2 phone interviews and was extended an invite to tour the facilities and meet with the team met with 2 interview panels at the Distribution center then given a packet for new hire information and drug screening requirements then received phone call of not being extended a job offer. Very nice staff and had a great experience interviewing and touring the plant a bit nervous as it was my first interview in a long time. STAR interview questions situational based.

I applied online and I received and email asking to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I had an in person interview with 2 different senior operations managers.
