Target Operations Manager interview questions

I was initially scheduled for a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, I had another interview with another senior managers over the phone. after about 2 weeks I was contacted to visit the distribution center and interview in person

25 minutes phone screening interview. Most questions were based on my resume. Insisted on leadership experience. What is your leadership style? What is your most relevant experience? Is there something on your resume you want to explain more?
