The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2010
Interview
I contacted a target recruiter after she came and spoke to my class. After sending her my resume, I was contacted to do a phone interview that lasted about 30 min. After that she felt I was qualified to go on to the next process. They sent two target representatives to my campus and I met with them for two separate one on one interviews (each lasted about 30min) After that interview, the recruiter contacted me to let me know they had a position for me, I just had to have a quick 15 min (get to know you) interview with the District Manager. I was offered the position a couple days after that interview. The interviews consisted of many behavioral questions...such as describe a time when.....happened and how you reacted to it.

Interview
It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
