The interview was super easy and brief. It was a virtual online interview without actually talking to anyone. They gave me multiple chances to answer the question / redo it if I messed up. I heard back maybe a week after submitting my video application.

Interview
There was an initial online questionnaire that prompted you with sample scenarios you could possibly face while working at a store. This was a multiple choice section. If you pass, You're then moved on to an online interviewing tool.
This tool has you record videos of yourself responding to questions given to you off of another web page. However, unlike the multiple choice, you will need to come up with responses of your own to a variety of personality, behavioral, and scenario questions.
