Initially had a phone interview with a recruiter after I applied for a position via the web-site. This interview lasted about a half an hour. This was followed by a IQ/Intelligence Test. After several weeks I was scheduled for a 1:1 interview with a Store Manager. (The delay was due mostly to my scheduling conflicts with my current job). This interview lasted exactly 16 minutes and was rather uncomfortable, but consisted only of behavioral based questions. A few days after the interview with the Store Manager, I was contacted by the recruiter again to set up an interview with the DM and Human Resources representative. This interview was a little longer (30-35 minutes or so) and was many of the same questions from before. This interview was more comfortable and I felt at ease. I was able to be more conversational. I was also given a packet, and told that if I was made an offer for employment, I would be required to immediately submit to a drug test. Finally, a few days later, I received a turn-down letter via email.
The turn-down was a bummer because most of the people I dealt with were really great and I was excited for an opportunity to work with them, however, I was pleased with the process and not turned off at all by the company or the overall experience.
