I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Straightforward and friendly! I was first interviewed by my Team Manager, and then by the Store Manager. Both interviews were straightforward and one after another. Afterwards, the job was extended to me on the spot. It was a very relaxed interview, and many of the questions are as stated in other reviews - mostly "tell me about a time..." questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Lady Lake, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
I had an initial phone interview then three interviews all in the corse of one day to be hired into Hardlines. The first was with HR, then a GSTL and last an ETL. The enire interview lasted roughly an hour. After the interview they ask your availability. Once hired you must do a drug test and background check. To obtain my position at Starbucks, I asked for more responsibility after working for three months and Starbucks or a GSA were both suggested. I chose Starbucks because I enjoy coffee and engaging with guests. I interviewed with the Starbucks manager and started work a few weeks later as training hours became available.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Knightdale, NC) in Jun 2016
Interview
Applied online. Received a phone call the same day to ask a few preliminary questions and schedule an interview. The interview took place the next day and lasted about 30 minutes. I received positive feedback from my interviewer and was told that they "liked my style, and especially my consistent eye contact". A week later, I received notice that the position had been filled.
