I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Newark, DE) in Jul 2019
Interview
Very relaxed interview environment. Super situation-based and embodied the Target image. Asked about availability, previous work experience, strengths, weaknesses, thoughts/opinions of what you could personally bring to the team. I was hired on the spot, and was told the dress code (for Starbucks since that's my area), orientation date.
