Speak to 3 people. 2 current managers and then 1 HR manager. All behavioral questions. If you are not in the location you are applying for they are willing to skype as well.

Interview
Basic interview questions like tell me about yourself and behavioral questions where you demonstrate leadership. I was told to leave two hours for my interview and it only lasted 20 minutes. Recruiter was rude, did not make eye contact and looked spaced out. Really hard to interact with because she just read the questions and wrote down my answers. It was an easy interview but I felt like they already knew who they were hiring prior to my interview.

Interview
3 rounds, last round being panel interview. Initially we were invited into a 1v1 interview that felt like it gauged your personality fit, the second was still 1v1 but this time for focused around professional experience. The last round was in front of a panel with 3 people, who all asked different types of questions. All straight forward though - not trying to trick you.
