Interview
The interview was good and asked some behavioral questions. The only thing that I did not like was the interviewer asked some detailed questions about salary during the first interview.

Interview
Spoke with recruiter at college career fair for quite some time before being offered an interview. Went through 3 rounds of in-person interviews that were all very similar and require the same general answers. Got an email the day after my interview to set up a time to talk on the phone, got the offer that day. Each interview consisted of 2 STLS/Business Partners.

Interview
I met them at the career fair and they were very personable and very friendly. Was offered a first round interview for two days later on the spot. Went into the interview, they asked three behavioral questions and then allowed me plenty of time to get my questions answered. From there I was brought into a local store that I could potential work in and had two more similar style interviews. All behavioral questions and they want to make sure you are a leader
