The hiring process was pretty straight forward. Four sets of situational questions. Phone interview with the recruiter, followed by an interview by the Store Team Leader, followed by another interview with the District Team Leader, and finally culminating with an interview with the Group VP.

Interview
Most questions are seeking your leadership potential. You’ll interview with the store manager and then do 2 levels after that. Or more. Then you’ll get a phone call from the HR manager and they will offer you over the phone or ask you to come back in.
They usually only drug test for AP positions.

Interview
Interview process was not too difficult. They essentially ask situation based questions to see if you are the right candidate for the position. The interviewer is very welcoming and friendly.
