Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

Most questions are seeking your leadership potential. You’ll interview with the store manager and then do 2 levels after that. Or more. Then you’ll get a phone call from the HR manager and they will offer you over the phone or ask you to come back in. They usually only drug test for AP positions.

Interview process was not too difficult. They essentially ask situation based questions to see if you are the right candidate for the position. The interviewer is very welcoming and friendly.
