Quick speed date interviews with lots of questions from a panel of intrigued individual from different departments who want to win you over if your a good candidate. This takes about 45 minutes to do and your pretty sure if your going to get the job by the gestures and comments before you leave the room.

The process began with a phone interview with a recruiter in hr. This was followed by an in person interview at the Social Circle facility that lasted around 45 minutes. Questions were largely related to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
