TTEC Customer Service CSR interview questions

Zoom interview. It was basically a group interview. Very easy. They asked simple questions. Nothing too hard. If you want the job you will get it, 100%. Drug test is involved and they will ship equipment.

Consisted of a group interview and a very speedy process. Performed on via zoom. Interview consisted of basic background information about yourself. Lasted about 30 to 45 minutes. After interview you were dismissed and told that you would be reached out via email.
