Interview
Interview process involved questionnaire on technical knowledge, grammar, typing skill test, listening at clients request and quick thinking with decision making. Introduction of company leaders and standard and what is expected of you as an employee. The core values of the company was highly stressed and how veterans are valued across the board. A second interview was scheduled same day and was given a scenario and role playing with certain situations to determine quick thinking and decision making.

Telephone interview, then group interview. Questions about customer service. Had to write a sample letter. Had to listen to and rate a call. Role play exercise.
