After received the email contacts from HR, scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty easy and straightforward. second round, branch interview. with the customer service manager, we walked through the resume, and talked about my past work experiences.
The process was easy there were different types of questions pertaining to situational and behavioural. It was a one on one interview with the manager of the branch who was also very welcoming. The questions were based on the manager to understand the candidate and their work experiences from the park.
