Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

Interview process was pretty straight forward. I explained alot about my previous job experience and why it would make me a great candidate for this position. They asked situational based questions so that it was more of "what would you do" or "how/where have you done" instead of "can you do"

After two phone interviews I met with two district managers for behavior interview. very relaxed and honest interview. Got free coffee for my trouble :) Each phone interview was approx 30min and in person was 1hr long. Good experience
