Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

Initially there was a 30/45 minute phone interview with a very friendly and knowledgeable recruiter. The information learned intrigued me to learn more about the company and the role. I had a face to face interview with two district managers who were very much so on the same page. They created a comfortable yet challenging atmosphere. Provided a real insight on the daily activities of a store manager. Was made an offer two business days later.
