Question 1
What is the most important aspect of leadership for you?
Very laidback, great friendly pursuit. Felt very comfortable. Asked a few questions. The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview process was excellent. The recruiter kept in regular contact with me throughout the process. I applied online, did a phone screen with the recruiter, and then an interview with two District Managers. Their passion was contagious. I received a good offer but declined. Very hard for me to do that, but I knew it was there right decision. The retail hours were just something I couldn't do again.
